DIY car is Europe´s fastest Road Car!

In 1980, a man from Wolverhampton started work on his Vauxhall Victor. 31 years later it becomes Europe’s fastest road car. It does 0 - 60 mph in under one second and by 6.5 seconds later it has reached over 220mph! Moments later, over 250mph!

The creator of this car has taken 1,600 hours to make it his dream car, including stuffing a twin-turbo V8 under the bonnet, fitting a roll cage and folding a braking parachute into to boot. Vauxhall was so impressed by the creation that they gave him some money towards it!
